Terry and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout. We ran into a number of issues during our basement renovation, but they always showed us what the issue was and then provided us with various options to fix them moving forward. The quality of work done exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be calling them back for any future renovations we do, or foundation problems (but hopefully not for that!).

Terry was extremely responsive, and gave a very good explanation of options and work to be done. I unfortunately forgot the name of the tech that did the crack repair, but they were very friendly, thorough, and explained the how/what/why of each step of the repair.

Terry is knowledgeable, quick to respond to emails, and charges a fair rate for his work. We have hired his team twice now and would hire them again.
I’ve worked with Renco twice now, first in late fall when I had a surprise leak and needed a quick interior patch and again in the summer with an exterior follow up. I received a number of quotes but found Terry’s to be the clearest in terms of the required work, with a scaleable job that met my needs. Both times I worked with Terry he and the team were super reliable and communicative. Many of the other foundation quotes I got didn’t provide this level of communication or seemed to care about diagnosing the issue. He got an HVAC guy out to disassemble and reassemble the ductwork when he was done. Ty, the technician, did a beautiful repair job, and a perfect clean up. We worked with Renco Home Improvements to repair a small foundation crack in our unfinished basement which had just started leaking and which needed to be repaired from inside the house. The job required removal of drywall and insulating materials in order to access the full length of the crack. Terry, the owner, responded very quickly to our request and scheduled the work very promptly. Ty, the technican, did a great job. He explained the process every step of the way and was very methodical in executing the work. All went very smoothly and once the crack was properly repaired, Ty replaced all insulating materials and drywall and left the whole work area very clean. It was a pleasure to work with Ty and we are very happy with both the process and outcomes. We won’t hesitate to work with Renco again.

Over the course of a basement reno, we discovered two basement walls that were bowing from hydrostatic pressure. We contacted a few companies and Terry was the most responsive from the get go in working with us and an engineer to identify a practical solution that was cost-effective.

Terry and his crew repaired my basement crack in 2019 and issued a life-time warranty certification on the job they have done. In 2021, there was an issue around the same area and Terry was able to honor the warranty and repaired the issue. Blair was very friendly and has done a great job to address the issue promptly.
Terry came by for a look at my basement today and was very honest regarding what work needed (or in my case didn’t) need to be done. Renco just finished repairing some water leaks in my kitchen nook area and crack in my basement foundation. Terry is the face of the company, very friendly, knowledgeable and overall amazing to deal with. His crew was extremely courteous, meticulous and professional. Yes it is (providing you don’t decide on additional work or changes). A Renco estimator will visit your proposed renovation site and discuss the project with you. We then provide a written estimate that exactly details the work we will do and what materials we will use.

Our job quote is our final price (see above), removing the possibility of “creeping” costs as the work proceeds. A Renco quote comes from a trained professional—it isn’t “loaded” to get the job (unfortunately, less scrupulous contractors will quote on a job knowing full well that the project will require extra costs that the homeowner doesn’t have much choice but to pay once the job is underway).
