Terry and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout. We ran into a number of issues during our basement renovation, but they always showed us what the issue was and then provided us with various options to fix them moving forward. The quality of work done exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be calling them back for any future renovations we do, or foundation problems (but hopefully not for that!).

Terry and his team are always punctual, professional and ready to go. From start to finish always a pleasure to deal with and have in the house. Renco was extremely professional to deal with. Terry in particular responded to my email inquiry quickly, came out to assess the work. I had the quote by the end of the day, and his very talented and detail oriented team member, Blair repaired all the drywall issues.Renco was tasked with fixing the mistakes another company had made to my basement repair work after some water damage. I couldn’t be happier with the service, speediness and quality of work from Renco.I will recommend them to anyone and I would absolutely like them to do more work in the future at my home.

Terry was extremely responsive, and gave a very good explanation of options and work to be done. I unfortunately forgot the name of the tech that did the crack repair, but they were very friendly, thorough, and explained the how/what/why of each step of the repair.Most important, I was told several times that RenCo 1000% stands by their work, and to not hesitate to reach out if I had any concerns or if anything comes up.RenCo also does home improvement/renovations, and we just might contract them for this too, thanks to our good experience with the crack repair.

I’ve worked with Renco twice now, first in late fall when I had a surprise leak and needed a quick interior patch and again in the summer with an exterior follow up. I received a number of quotes but found Terry’s to be the clearest in terms of the required work, with a scaleable job that met my needs. Both times I worked with Terry he and the team were super reliable and communicative. Many of the other foundation quotes I got didn’t provide this level of communication or seemed to care about diagnosing the issue. We had a number of questions about the impacts of the work and all were addressed clearly. No waiting around and the job itself went very smoothly. He also threw in free landscaping which was really appreciated. Thanks again Terry and to your team, we’re super happy with the job!

Excellent and timely service at a very fair price.Terry found the crack nobody could find and sent someone to repair it within a week. It was in a tight spot behind my furnace, which required disassembly. He got an HVAC guy out to disassemble and reassemble the ductwork when he was done. Ty, the technician, did a beautiful repair job, and a perfect clean up. It looks way better than it did even before all of this happened. I'm so happy with the service and the rapport with Terry and all his contractors.Recommend 100%.

We worked with Renco Home Improvements to repair a small foundation crack in our unfinished basement which had just started leaking and which needed to be repaired from inside the house. The job required removal of drywall and insulating materials in order to access the full length of the crack. Terry, the owner, responded very quickly to our request and scheduled the work very promptly. Ty, the technican, did a great job. He explained the process every step of the way and was very methodical in executing the work. All went very smoothly and once the crack was properly repaired, Ty replaced all insulating materials and drywall and left the whole work area very clean. It was a pleasure to work with Ty and we are very happy with both the process and outcomes. We won’t hesitate to work with Renco again.

Over the course of a basement reno, we discovered two basement walls that were bowing from hydrostatic pressure. We contacted a few companies and Terry was the most responsive from the get go in working with us and an engineer to identify a practical solution that was cost-effective.Terry's crew showed up everyday during the repair process and he was extremely responsive throughout. Dealing with a problem of this type for the first time as homeowners, he was always available to answer our questions and provided clear explanations.

RENCO HOME IMPROVEMENTRenco Home Improvements (Renco) just completed a basement foundation repair work on our company’s Industrial unit where we had a basement flooding problem.Terry was professional in his approach. I gave his company a call and left a message. Terry called me back to make an appointment to view the property. After Inspection, he gave me a quote with an estimated time for completion.Thought there was a slight delay in starting, Renco did a great job within the estimated time frame and on budget and left the property in a clean state.I would happily recommend Renco for consideration by anyone looking to have work done on their foundation.

Terry and his crew repaired my basement crack in 2019 and issued a life-time warranty certification on the job they have done. In 2021, there was an issue around the same area and Terry was able to honor the warranty and repaired the issue. Blair was very friendly and has done a great job to address the issue promptly.

Renco just finished repairing some water leaks in my kitchen nook area and crack in my basement foundation. Terry is the face of the company, very friendly, knowledgeable and overall amazing to deal with. His crew was extremely courteous, meticulous and professional. Having lived in my house 13 years with this problem from the start, both the builder and another contractor could not figure out the problem causing the leak. Terry did a quick inspection, found the problem, fixed the area leaking and recommended a wait period to ensure no more water entered. His crew repaired all the interior damaged areas beyond expectations.
